Al wusta: The second edition of the 'Investment Opportunities Forum' began today in Al Wusta Governorate. The forum is organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in cooperation with Al Wusta Governor's Office. The opening ceremony was held under the auspices of Sheikh Ahmed bin Musallam Al Kathiri, Governor of Al Wusta.
According to Oman News Agency, the forum aimed to outline promising investment opportunities and enhance the attractiveness of Al Wusta Governorate as an economic destination that boasts competitive advantages in various development sectors. The forum is being attended by representatives of government departments, private sector establishments, and financial and investment institutions.
The first day of the event saw the signing of usufruct contracts that had an investment value exceeding RO 29.6 million. The contracts covered various industrial, agricultural, and commercial development sectors. The signing of the contracts reflects growing confidence in the potential of Al Wusta Governorate and contributes to supporting the local economy.
