Muscat:His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued two Royal decrees concerning agreements between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Angola.
According to Oman News Agency, the first decree, No. (90/2026), ratifies a technical cooperation agreement signed in Luanda on September 18, 2026. The decree mandates that the agreement be published in the Official Gazette and take effect from the date of issuance.
The second decree, No. (91/2026), pertains to a mutual visa waiver agreement for holders of diplomatic, private, and service passports. Like the first, this agreement was also signed in Luanda on September 18, 2026, and is to be published in the Official Gazette and enforced immediately.
