Siena:The Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science organized a panel discussion, "University Student Activities Current Reality and Future Aspirations," with participation from representatives of public and private higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman.
According to Oman News Agency, the event aimed to emphasize the significance of university students' roles and promote values such as leadership, positive initiatives, and teamwork. It also highlighted the importance of considering students' perspectives and encouraging them to lead in exchanging experiences and contributing to the progress of student-led initiatives.
The session further examined the needs of educational institutions regarding the effective use of student activities. Examples of student initiatives from various higher education institutions were showcased, promoting the adoption of practices that improve the quality and impact of student engagement within the university community.
