London:His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik visited the Here East Campus in London, where he was welcomed by Gavin Poole, Chief Executive of Here East, and Saj Huq, Chief Executive Officer of Plexal.
According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty began his visit by exploring an exhibition that highlighted innovative companies and projects. The exhibition featured advanced technologies and solutions in renewable energy, space, defense, and technology. His Majesty inspected key innovations and the promising opportunities they present for advancing modern technologies and enhancing their applications across different sectors.
During an interactive tour of the conference hall, His Majesty met with chief executives of specialized companies and institutions. He was briefed on their fields of work and innovative projects, which showcased leading expertise and experiences in future technology and industrial sectors.
The visit is part of efforts to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise in technology, innovation, and advanced industries. It aims to explore opportunities to support economic and investment partnerships between the Sultanate of Oman and the United Kingdom.
