The conversations, held via telephone, focused on the latest developments in the region, addressing the need to defuse escalation and advance political and diplomatic solutions to ensure safe maritime navigation in the Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, which are crucial for global economic stability. According to Oman News Agency, the dialogue between Sayyid Badr and Yvette Cooper underscored the importance of sustaining efforts to contain tensions and strengthen dialogue mechanisms.
