In a competitive handball match at the International School Sports Federation (ISF) Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024, Bahrain (2) was defeated by France 27-20. Despite a strong effort from the Bahraini team, France took control in the second half.
The game began with an even exchange of points, as Bahrain’s players showed energy and speed, keeping the score close. The first half ended in a 13-13 tie. However, in the second half, France extended their lead with strong offence and solid defence, gradually widening the gap to secure the win.
This loss presents a new challenge for Bahrain (2), who aim to improve their results in upcoming matches and continue competing against strong international teams in the tournament.
