Manah: The Sultan Qaboos Institute for Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers today held a ceremony at its headquarters in the Wilayat of Manah, Governorate of A'Dakhiliyah, to mark the conclusion of its 62nd course.
According to Oman News Agency, the 7-week course included an academic and cultural programme that was attended by 35 male and female students representing 17 countries of the world. The diverse cohort engaged in various educational and cultural activities designed to enhance their understanding and proficiency in the Arabic language.
The ceremony featured a French poem translated into Arabic and a presentation titled "Artificial Intelligence and its Application in Learning," delivered by a student named Merdina from Brunei Darussalam. This was followed by a Persian poem translated into Arabic, and a film titled "Harvest of the Course" was screened, showcasing the educational programmes, cultural activities, and field trips that enriched the students' experience.
Suleiman bin Said Al Siyabi, Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science, Royal Court, presented certificates to the students of the 62nd course and the language partners, acknowledging their efforts and achievements during the programme.
