A'dhahirah: The specialized workshops within the first phase of the Tazeez 'Enhancement' program began today at the Ibri Sports Complex in A'Dhahirah Governorate. The program is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth, with funding from OQ Exploration and Production, as part of their community partnership initiative.

According to Oman News Agency, the two-day program aims to develop the capacities of community teams, enhance their institutional efficiency, and support the community work ecosystem by focusing on administrative and media aspects, impact building, and strengthening community partnerships. This contributes to achieving sustainability and improving the quality of initiatives offered to the community.

The activities of the first day included two workshops. The first focused on marketing and media, concentrating on enabling community teams to effectively highlight their activities and initiatives through the media, build an impactful presence across various platforms, and manage content professionally to reflect their community mission. It also covered preparing marketing and media plans that contribute to greater outreach and attract partners and supporters.

The second workshop addressed measuring the social and economic impact of initiatives, methods for documenting this impact and transforming it into tangible value that supports the sustainability of community work, and mechanisms for enhancing the credibility of the teams with supporting entities.
