Al Musanaa:The Directorate General of Social Development in South Al Batinah Governorate organized a forum today in the Wilayat of Al Musanaa. The event, titled "Leadership Empowerment of Omani Women in Decision-Making Positions," focused on enhancing the leadership abilities of Omani women.
According to Oman News Agency, the forum was held under the patronage of Sayyid Tarik bin Mahmoud Al Busaidi, Wali of Barka. It aimed to boost the skills and capabilities of women to efficiently and effectively assume leadership roles.
The event sought to increase women's contributions to institutional performance and domestic development, aligning with the objectives set forth in "Oman Vision 2040."
