Muscat: Gen. Sultan Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, received Khondker Misbah ul Azim, Ambassador-designate of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to the Sultanate of Oman, in his office today. At the outset of the meeting, Gen. Sultan Al Nu’amani extended a warm welcome to the Ambassador, expressing his best wishes for success in fulfilling his diplomatic duties. The discussion between the two officials focused on enhancing bilateral relations to serve the mutual interests of both nations.
According to Oman News Agency, the Minister of the Royal Office also held a meeting with Idris Ahmed Mia, Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to the Sultanate of Oman. During their discussions, Gen. Sultan Al Nu’amani and the Syrian Ambassador deliberated on the latest developments and explored avenues to strengthen cooperation between Oman and Syria.
The meeting further covered topics of shared concern at both the regional and international levels, highlighting the ongoing collaborative efforts and diplomatic engagements among the countries involved.
