RAFO Organizes Forum on Strategies to Keep Pace with Change Through Education

Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) today organized its first teachers' forum titled 'Educational Quality: Strategies to Keep Pace with Change'. The forum was attended by researchers, academics, and specialists from relevant educational and academic institutions, reflecting RAFO's commitment to developing an education and training system aimed at enhancing the efficiency of national cadres.

According to Oman News Agency, the forum included scholarly debates designed to exchange practical experiences and introduce the best practices in the field of education and training. Held at RAFO's Specialized Training Centre at A'Seeb Air Base, the event was presided over by Air Commodore Zahran Nasser Ambusaidi, Chief of Staff of the Royal Air Force of Oman.

The discussions at the forum emphasized the importance of 'partnership and integration among military, civil, and private sectors' as a foundational element in building a knowledge system capable of achieving the national objectives outlined in Oman Vision 2040. The activities also featured visual presentations and an exhibition showcasing various aspects of the curricula taught at RAFO's Specialized Training Centre.
