According to Oman News Agency, the world number three needed one hour and 48 minutes to secure her match against the world number nine, with scores of (7-5) and (6-4), confirming her dominance in their head-to-head series with 7 wins and no losses.
With this title, Swiatek has advanced to second place in the global professional women’s tennis rankings, overtaking American Coco Gauff, while Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka continues to maintain the top spot.
