Dubai: Oman Post has won the Gold Category Award of Express Mail Service (EMS) for the third consecutive year. It also secured second place in the Customer Care category among members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).
According to Oman News Agency, the awards were based on performance results for the year 2024 and were announced during the extraordinary general assembly of the EMS Cooperative, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. EMS provides a fast postal solution adhering to international standards, allowing letters and parcels to be sent abroad and delivered within 3 to 10 days.
Oman Post, supported by the world’s largest last-mile coverage network, serves customers in over 190 countries, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of letters and parcels. The EMS Performance Awards are distributed annually to recognize outstanding postal operators in international express mail service. This service is provided by postal companies to UPU members within a network that connects 175 countries worldwide.
