The Sultanate of Oman, represented by Oman Hockey Association, will host the 49th Congress of the International Hockey Federation (FIH) during the period from 6-9 November 2024. The event will be attended by 500 athletes from 141 countries. The congress will include electing a new board of directors of the FIH and discussing various agenda aimed at enhancing the hockey sport on all shperes, among other topics of relevance.
