Cairo: The Sultanate of Oman today showcased its experience in real estate development during its participation in the 5th edition of 'The Investor' conference held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt.
According to Oman News Agency, 'The Investor' conference followed the success of a previous event titled 'Oman-Egypt..Land of Opportunities' held in November 2025. This earlier conference marked a significant step in economic cooperation between Oman and Egypt.
Abdullah bin Nasser Al Rahbi, the Sultanate of Oman's Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt and its Permanent Representative to the Arab League, stated that Oman's approach to real estate development is built on sustainability, quality of life, and urban planning. These principles, he said, create investment opportunities with Egyptian real estate developers.
Al Rahbi highlighted that Oman's real estate sector is a key driver of economic growth, linked to various economic sectors. He noted that the sector has experienced growth through major projects like Sultan Haitham City and waterfront developments. Recent regulatory updates and streamlined procedures have further increased the attractiveness of the Omani market to investors.
Al Rahbi announced that the second edition of the conference, 'Oman-Egypt..Land of Opportunities,' will take place in Muscat.
