Muscat: Faisal Abdullah Al Rawas, Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), received an official delegation from the Republic of Austria, led by Andreas Reichhardt, Austrian Vice Minister of Finance. The meeting focused on exploring investment opportunities in sectors such as technology, clean energy, mining, vocational training, and tourism.
According to Oman News Agency, both parties reviewed methods to enhance trade and economic cooperation. These efforts aim to contribute to the development of Oman and Austria’s economies, broadening their foundations and strengthening economic ties to support mutual interests.
Faisal Abdullah Al Rawas emphasized the importance of reinforcing economic connections between Oman and Austria. He highlighted the promising opportunities available for both public and private sectors and the investment incentives Oman offers to attract both local and international investors.
