Muscat:The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed today at 7,347.73 points, marking a decrease of 10.1 points, or 0.14 percent, from the previous trading session's close of 7,357.82 points.
According to Oman News Agency, the trading value on the exchange reached RO 70,728,213, reflecting a 30 percent increase compared to the previous session, which recorded a trading value of RO 54,402,093.
The report from the Muscat Stock Exchange highlighted that market capitalization experienced a slight increase of 0.022 percent from the prior day, reaching approximately RO 38.92 billion. The value of non-Omani purchases on the exchange was RO 7,347,000, accounting for 10.39 percent, while non-Omani sales amounted to RO 10,424,000, or 14.74 percent. This resulted in a net decrease in non-Omani investment by RO 3,077,000, or 4.35 percent.
