Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index today closed at 4,596.69 points, marking a rise of 43.2 points (0.95%) from the previous session’s close of 4,553.52 points.
According to Oman News Agency, trading value increased to RO 41,788,740, reflecting a 88.3% rise compared to the last session’s RO 22,196,996.
The MSX report indicated that the market value saw a rise of 0.293%, settling at approximately RO 28.39 billion. Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 592,000, accounting for 1.42% of the total trading volume. Meanwhile, sales by foreign investors reached RO 862,000, representing 2.06% of the trading volume, resulting in a net foreign investment decrease of RO 270 thousand, which is 0.65%.
