Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today gained 29.9 points, comprising a rise by 0.70% to close at 4270.39 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4240.52 points.
According to Oman News Agency, the trading value today stood at RO 7,457,648, comprising a rise by 31.3%, compared to the last session, which stood at RO 5,678,293. The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went up by 0.123% to reach about RO 27.22 billion.
The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 785,000, comprising 10.52%. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 2,000,000, comprising 26.82%. The net non-Omani investment decreased by 16.30% to RO 1,215,000.
