Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today closed at 7,111.42 points, up 20.1 points, or 0.284 percent, from the previous session's close of 7,091.30 points. Trading value stood at RO 40,895,909, representing a rise of 5.8 percent from RO 38,645,581 recorded in the last session, according to the MSX's report.
According to Oman News Agency, market capitalization increased by 0.131 percent from the previous trading day to approximately RO 37.13 billion. Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 6.913 million, accounting for 16.90 percent of total trading value, while sales reached RO 16.717 million, or 40.88 percent. Net non-Omani investment consequently fell by RO 9.804 million, or 23.97 percent.
