MSX Experiences a 10-Point Decline

Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index today closed at 4,770.45 points, marking a drop of 10.5 points (0.22%) from the previous session’s close of 4,780.98 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value reached RO 18,314,195, reflecting a 1.17% decrease compared to the last session’s RO 22,090,071. The MSX report indicated that market value saw a drop of 0.103%, settling at approximately RO 29.10 billion.

Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 579,000, representing 3.16% of the total trading volume. In contrast, sales by foreign investors reached RO 1,528,000, accounting for 8.34%. As a result, net foreign investment dropped by RO 949,000, equating to a 5.18% decrease.
