Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today closed at 7,618.23 points, down 33.9 points, or 0.44 percent, from the previous session's close of 7,652.14 points.
According to Oman News Agency, the trading value stood at RO 26,016,480, representing a rise of 1 percent from RO 25,747,799 recorded in the last session. Market capitalization increased by 0.271 percent from the previous trading day to approximately RO 38.39 billion.
Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 1.851 million, accounting for 7.11 percent of total trading value, while sales reached RO 2.981 million, or 11.46 percent. Consequently, net non-Omani investment fell by RO 1.130 million, or 4.34 percent.
