The Investigation Department of the Federal Integrity Commission announced the issuance of an order to bring in the current Director General of the Agricultural Lands Department at the Ministry of Agriculture.
The Department indicated in a statement that the judge of the Rusafa Investigation Court, which is specialized in cases of integrity, money laundering and economic crime, decided to bring in the current Director General of the Agricultural Lands Department in the Ministry of Agriculture, in a case of bargaining with a citizen, and asking him to give up (50) dunums of his land, in exchange for his assistance in Completion of his transaction regarding the confiscated land during the time of the former regime.
It added that the Rusafa Investigation Court, which is specialized in cases of integrity, money laundering and economic crime, issued a summons order against the accused, based on the provisions of Resolution (160 of 1983).
