Muscat: Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Harrasi, Minister of Information, honored today in the Governorate of South A'Sharqiyah a number of students from the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) in Sur who participated in the media gathering titled "South A'Sharqiyah: A Sustainable Impact."
According to Oman News Agency, Dr. Al Harrasi also recognized the employees of the Department of Communication and Media in the governorate, appreciating their contributions in supporting media work. During his visit, he was informed about the significant media achievements, initiatives, and programs implemented by the South A'Sharqiyah Governorate in the field of media and communication. He reviewed the ongoing efforts to enhance the media message's presence in the region.
The honors and discussions took place during Dr. Al Harrasi's meeting with Dr. Yahya Badr Al Maawali, Governor of South A'Sharqiyah. The meeting provided an opportunity to review the current media efforts within the governorate and discuss various topics related to developing media work and supporting local development through enhanced media roles.
