Indonesian Hajj Campaign Supervisors: Makkah Route Initiative Harnesses Saudi Human, Technical Capabilities for Pilgrims’ Comfort

Surabaya, Indonesian Hajj campaign supervisors have praised the human and technical services and facilities involved in the Makkah Route Initiative, which are experienced from the moment they entered the lounge at Surabaya airport.

They voiced gratitude and appreciation to the Saudi government and the participating entities for providing such conveniences for the pilgrims’ comfort.

In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, Ahmad Khalil, a campaign supervisor in Situbondo City, praised the warm reception, good treatment, and hospitality shown by young Saudi men and women who speak Indonesian and work with great dedication. He said that he performed Hajj 15 times and during each visit observed the services offered at the two holy mosques, which enable pilgrims to perform their rituals in security, tranquility, and piety.

Rifan Mohammed, a campaign supervisor from East Java, highlighted the professionalism of individuals working for the initiative.

“The initiative focuses on facilitating procedures and harne
ssing technology to serve pilgrims. We trust and are confident that what the Kingdom does under its wise leadership aims at ensuring the comfort of Muslims at the two holy mosques throughout the year,” he said.

Abdullah Abdulrahim, another supervisor, said that the Makkah Route Initiative has made it easier for pilgrims to perform Hajj, sparing them, upon arrival in the Kingdom, the hassle of getting transportation to their accommodations.
