The Imam Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Royal Reserve Development Authority is scheduled to participate in the 10th Regional Forum of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) for West Asia, which will be hosted by the Kingdom and organized by the National Center for Wildlife in Riyadh between September 9 and 11.
The authority will showcase its expertise in nature conservation and environmental sustainability through its participation via an interactive pavilion within the forum’s accompanying exhibition. The pavilion will highlight the modern technologies that assist the authority in its fieldwork, display pioneering experiences in utilizing the latest technologies, and rely on scientific methods through data collection and analysis via satellites and scientific monitoring cameras that aid experts in tracking wildlife species. The authority will also participate in the forum’s discussion sessions, presented by local and international experts, aimed at achieving a sustainable environment. The author
