Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has extended his greetings to President Dr. Abdul Latif Rashid of the Republic of Iraq on the occasion of Iraq’s National Day. His Majesty conveyed his heartfelt sentiments and best wishes for progress and prosperity to the Iraqi leader, expressing hopes for the success of President Rashid in fulfilling the aspirations of the Iraqi people.
According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik also sent a cable of greetings to President Frank-Walter Steinmeier of the Federal Republic of Germany. In his message, His Majesty wished Germany progress and prosperity in all areas and expressed hopes for the continued growth and expansion of bilateral relations and cooperation, aiming to serve the mutual interests of both nations.
