Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received, separately, at Al Barakah Palace today credentials of several ambassadors appointed to the Sultanate of Oman.
According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty received credentials from Warunee Pan Krajang, Ambassador of King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand; Oleg Vladimirovich Levin, Ambassador of President Vladimir Putin of Russia; Syed Naveed Safdar Bokhari, Ambassador of President Asif Ali Zardari of Pakistan; Rear Admiral Khondker Misbah Ul Azim, Ambassador of President Mohammed Shahabuddin of Bangladesh; Kiyoshi Serizawa, Ambassador of Emperor Naruhito of Japan; Godavarthi Venkata Srinivas, Ambassador of President Droupadi Murmu of India; and Essam Awad Ahmed Metwally, Ambassador of Gen. Abdel Fattah Al Burhan of Sudan.
The ambassadors conveyed their leaderships’ heartfelt sentiments to His Majesty the Sultan and expressed their keenness to strengthen bilateral relations between their respective countries and Oman. His Majesty welcomed the ambassadors, ex
pressing appreciation for the best wishes of their leaders. He wished them success in their duties and affirmed that they would receive full support from the Omani government and people to achieve mutual objectives.
The ceremony was attended by the Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, the Foreign Minister, Commander of the Royal Guard of Oman, Head of the Royal Protocols, and the Military Aides of His Majesty the Sultan.
