Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik held an audience at Al Barakah Palace with His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain.
According to Oman News Agency, the meeting began with Sultan Haitham welcoming Prince Salman, expressing his pleasure at the visit. Prince Salman conveyed the greetings and best wishes of King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of Bahrain to Sultan Haitham, along with wishes for the prosperity of the Omani people.
Sultan Haitham reciprocated by sending his greetings and wishes to King Hamad and the people of Bahrain. The discussion focused on enhancing cooperation and partnership between Oman and Bahrain, and exchanging views on regional and international developments.
The audience included several key officials from both Oman and Bahrain. The Omani delegation comprised His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said and several ministers, while the Bahraini side included Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and other high-ranking officials.
