Muscat: Dr. Hilal Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health, and Dr. Ahmed Salim Al Mandhari, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Planning and Medical Regulation, today received Dr. Hanan Balkhy, Regional Director of the World Health Organisation (WHO) for the Eastern Mediterranean.
According to Oman News Agency, the meeting focused on areas of bilateral cooperation between Oman and the WHO. Discussions were held on how to further enhance the partnership between the two entities, with an emphasis on strengthening health initiatives and policies in the region.
