Future Pioneers Program 2026 Begins in South Al Batinah

South al batinah: The activities of the fourth edition of the "Future Pioneers 2026" program launched today at the Directorate General of Education in South Al Batinah Governorate.

According to Oman News Agency, the program is organized by the Center for Career Guidance and Student Counseling at the Ministry of Education, in cooperation with the SMEs Development Authority 'Riyada', and will run for one week. A total of 90 outstanding students from grades 7 to 9 in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation from various schools across the governorate are participating in the program, which is being held at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) in Musannah.

The program includes a variety of training workshops, practical exercises, and interactive activities designed to enhance creative and entrepreneurial thinking, and introduce participants to the principles of establishing startups, in addition to developing planning, communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.

The program consists of five integrated training pillars, starting with the stage of understanding problems and generating ideas, followed by developing the idea and designing solutions, building a prototype using artificial intelligence applications, preparing the pitch presentation, and presenting it before the evaluation panel.

The program is delivered by specialists and experts in the field of entrepreneurship and startup creation. Its implementation comes within the framework of efforts aimed at developing students' skills, honing their capabilities in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation, and enhancing their awareness of modern entrepreneurial concepts, thereby contributing to preparing a generation of youth capable of meeting future requirements and contributing effectively to sustainable economic development.
