Dead and Wounded in Israeli Airstrikes Across Southern Lebanon

Muscat: Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon continued today, with warplanes striking the towns of Al Abbasieh, Deir Qanoun Ras Al Ain, and Ramadiyeh in the Tyre district of southern Lebanon, Lebanon's National News Agency reported. According to Oman News Agency, earlier strikes by Israel on the city of Tyre near a Red Cross center resulted in the deaths of five individuals and wounded eight others, including four Red Cross paramedics. Additionally, an Israeli airstrike on the town of Marwaniyeh in the Sidon district led to the deaths of two individuals, one of whom was a child, and injured ten others, four of whom were women. In another incident, seven people were killed and eight others wounded in an Israeli strike on the town of Zifta in the Nabatieh district of southern Lebanon. The Lebanese Health Ministry has reported that the death toll from Israeli aggression on Lebanon since 2 March 2026 has risen to 3,637, with 11,188 wounded.
