North a'sharqiyah: The Office of the Governor of North A'Sharqiyah today signed an agreement with Oman India Fertiliser Company 'OMIFCO' to provide vehicles for charitable teams across the governorate's wilayats. This signing comes within the framework of strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors and aligns with national directions supporting the enhancement of community work.
According to Oman News Agency, the agreement involves providing a number of vehicles to charitable teams in all wilayats of North A'Sharqiyah Governorate, as well as the Niyabat of Samad A'Shan in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi.
The agreement aims to elevate the field performance efficiency of these teams and expand the scope of their humanitarian services. Under the terms of the agreement, the Governor's Office will supervise the project's implementation in accordance with approved regulatory and technical frameworks.
This agreement underscores the commitment of both parties to enhancing corporate social responsibility initiatives and consolidating institutional integration, which reflects positively on local community development. The implementation period of the agreement extends for two full years, with a commitment to applying the highest standards of governance and transparency during execution to achieve the desired developmental goals and ensure the sustainability of charitable work in the governorate.
The agreement was signed on behalf of North A'Sharqiyah Governor's Office by Mahmoud Yahya Al Dhuhli, Governor of North A'Sharqiyah, and on behalf of OMIFCO by Abdullah Humaid Al Hashami, Chief Financial Officer of the company.
