The 14th Social Dialogue Forum, held here by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in collaboration with the King Abdulaziz Center for Cultural Communication under the theme “Social Dialogue for a Promising and Balanced Labor Market”, concluded today.
The forum, brought together officials, experts, business leaders and workers’ and employers’ representatives. It featured workshops on enhancing training and employment support programs, issuing recommendations for the development of the Qiwa platform, and improving the process of documenting employment contracts.
Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi delivered a speech in which he emphasized the significance of social dialogue in fostering mutual understanding and cooperation. He also reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to supporting initiatives that play a vital role in achieving sustainable development and enhancing the competitiveness of the Saudi labor market.

e public and private sectors, foster the exchange of ideas on optimal methods to bolster and advance the labor market, and address present challenges.
